Welcome to Gaurav 3D Arts. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. SERVICES
Gaurav 3D Arts provides professional 3D rigging services for humanoids, quadrupeds, and creatures across various platforms including Autodesk Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, VRChat, and VTuber pipelines. Our services include custom rigs from scratch and facial rigging.
2. SERVICE AGREEMENT
2.1 By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate project requirements and reference materials.
2.2 We will deliver services according to the agreed timeline and specifications.
2.3 Revisions are included as per the package selected. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Payment is required as per the agreed milestone structure or upfront based on project scope.
3.2 We accept payments through Razorpay and other specified payment methods.
3.3 All prices are in USD/INR as agreed upon project initiation.
3.4 Invoices will be provided for all transactions.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 Upon full payment, you will receive the deliverables with rights to use the rig for your specified project.
4.2 Source files and rigging techniques remain the intellectual property of Gaurav 3D Arts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the rigs provided.
5. PROJECT TIMELINE
5.1 Estimated delivery times are provided based on project complexity.
5.2 Timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification.
5.3 Client delays in providing feedback or materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Provide clear project requirements, reference materials, and character models.
6.2 Respond to queries and revision requests in a timely manner.
6.3 Ensure all provided materials are legally obtained and you have rights to use them.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7.2 We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7.3 We are not liable for compatibility issues arising from third-party software updates after delivery.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project duration.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
